Introduction
Good morning, afternoon, and night. Like many of you fine folk, I am looking for a few roleplay partners. Right now I do not have any roleplay partners since I am starting to roleplay again. I was on Quizilla until the last day… Which is kind of sad to say. (Only Quizilla people will understand this, I think) Anyway, I took a few years off and now I am ready to get back in the game.
Oh my gosh! I forgot to introduce myself, which is rather important. I am Vanessa Grey. I am a full time college student and daughter. So my life is full of fun.
Below, I have my rules (I know boring) and my roleplay list! Though, the original plots are not mine. I found them online and most of them come from plotsforall.

Rules and Regulations
Format: I can write in first person and third person, though I prefer third person.
Grammar and Spelling: So, I am not picky about this. All I ask is that you don’t spell every single word wrong. A few here and there is fine, especially since I do that as well.
Key For List: Inside {_} is my love interests for that fandom.
Length: I write 1 paragraph to 3 paragraphs. Novella is rather hard since I don’t have much time to write that much due to classes and all the homework they pile on. Though if I am asked very nicely I will do it, but it will take me longer to reply.
Limits: I have a few limits, like most people. No bodily fluids, no extreme torture, and no killing my character. Those are very important. Also, I like smut so that is perfectly fine with me. I only do MxF pairings.
Location: I only roleplay over email, nothing else. vanessiegrey@gmail.com
Love Interests: I try my best to have more than one love interest. This allows my partner to decide who they would like to play. Don’t worry about playing the character exactly right. It can be hard and sometimes just winging it is rather fun. Also, I won’t fight over love interests. We are mature adults, not younger teenagers. Also, I like love triangles.
Response Time: I try to reply every day but my life is hectic. So, it might take me a few days to a week. If I don’t get back to you in a week, please email me. There are times that I need a reminder or sometimes the email didn’t go through. Also, I am in pacific time zone.
Type of Roleplay: I can do either a one-on-one roleplay or a double roleplay.
One-on-one → OC x Love Interest or OC x OC. For
these type of roleplays, I usually play the female
Role.
Double → OC x Love Interest & OC x Love Interest
or OC x OC & OC x OC..
What to send for first contact: Please tell me a bit about your writing style, limits, type of roleplay, and what you would like to roleplay with me.

A Dragon and His Princess
Muse A is a princess who’s been living in a faraway tower for most of her life. She knows that one day a brave knight will arrive to rescue her, that he will ask her hand in marriage, and they will live happily ever after. Yet, a fierce dragon guards the castle and has killed every knight that’s dared to even approach the castle that houses the princess. Everyone pities the princess, imagining it to be a terribly lonely life for her, but no one is aware that she has found true love. Every night, the dragon becomes a handsome young man, who has fallen deeply, deeply in love with the princess. The dragon is not a vicious creature who can only kill, but a man protecting a woman so no other man can take her away. When he is injured in battle, the princess tends to his wounds and when he is well, they stroll the gardens at dusk. They lead a happy life together, and the dragon never wants to let the princess go. One day, the princess receives a letter via a carrier pigeon informing her that her mother has died and her father is sick and dying with grief. The kingdom will fall into chaos without a ruler, and many knights plan to bombard the castle in order to rescue her. In order to save the kingdom, the princess must be rescued, but in order for that to happen, the dragon must be slain. The princess cannot abandon her kingdom, and the dragon cannot take on a horde of knights who are seeking to be the new king. Will the dragon sacrifice himself to save the kingdom or will he die protecting the castle and princess he loves?
Aged to Perfection
Muse A (barely out of college) meets Muse B (several years their senior) by chance when they jump into the same cab together during the morning rush. They quickly decide to share the cab and engage in small talk on the way to their destinations, which happen to be on the same side of town. Conversation flows easily and there is a definite physical attraction between the two strangers. When the ride is over for Muse A, Muse B generously offers to pay the whole fare. In exchange and somewhat on a whim, Muse A offers Muse B their phone number and the pair make plans to meet up sometime soon.
Despite their age difference, Muse A and Muse B have a whirlwind courtship. They laugh over the things they don’t have in common and eagerly introduce each other to what’s popular for their generation: Atari vs PS4, Vinyls vs MP3. They spend every possible moment they can spare with one another. After several weeks, Muse A and Muse B make their relationship official. Muse A invites Muse B to a special dinner at which Muse B will be introduced to Muse A’s parents. When Muse B arrives and Muse A’s mother/father turns around to greet them, they’re stunned to come face-to-face with their same-age business associate/boss.
Beauty and the Boss
Muse A is the daughter of a man with a serious gambling problem. He’s a sweet man, always doting on Muse A with her favorite books and rare flowers, but he’s up to his ears in debt after borrowing money from the wrong people. One afternoon, Muse A’s father is confronted by Muse B, the ruthless crime boss of the city. Few people have ever seen Muse B’s face, as his henchmen usually do his dirty work, but everyone knows his name and cowers in fear appropriately. Muse A’s father owes Muse B a considerable debt, which he cannot pay. Rather than kill the man, Muse B offers a trade – the man's beautiful daughter in exchange for the forgiveness of his financial debts. He has one night to make this deal happen or Muse B will come for him. When Muse A’s father explains the predicament to her, she is willing to go, as long as it ensures the safety of her family and her father promises to put an end to his troublesome gambling habits. Muse A moves in to Muse B’s mansion outside of town the following day. From the moment Muse A arrives, Muse B is on his best behavior, lavishing her with gifts – a library wing for her, a pretty garden filled with the finest, imported roses – jewelry, and so on. Gradually, Muse A comes to see that Muse B isn’t a horrible person, behind closed doors, but the circumstances of their arrangement (and the terrible crimes he commits as a crime boss) make it difficult for her to fall in love with him as he’s fallen in love with her. Each time Muse B proposes marriage, Muse A refuses. Muse A becomes terribly homesick and begs to be allowed to visit her father. Muse B allows her to leave him as long as she returns to him within a week’s time. While Muse A is away, Muse B is attacked by a disloyal bunch of conspiring underlings. When Muse A returns, she finds Muse B wounded and left for dead in his home office. She realizes in this moment that she does love him and if he recovers she’ll marry him. Her quick actions save his life and once he is well enough, they marry.
Bird of Prey
Muse A was lord of the land, a brutal man and warrior. One day while hunting he comes across an elderly woman struggling with her belongings. Instead of helping her as would be right, he strikes her down and takes what he wishes. As he rides back toward his castle a figure appears before him bathed in an otherworldly green light. The old crone curses Muse A, transforming him into a raven. He may only transform back to human for the time from Samhain until the next new moon. Each year that will be a different length of time. During that time he might redeem himself and remain human. Years pass and his anger only sours Muse A further. He is cruel as both man and raven. Muse B is a unwed maiden, travelling with her father to be offered in marriage as part of a business deal. Muse B has no wish to be wed but is an obedient daughter and will do as told. Muse B finds a raven has taken to her, flying often around her, even perching to watch her, though oddly it turns from her in moments when she does not wish eyes on her. Two nights before Muse B reaches her destination and her new life. Muse A eagerly transforming before her eyes as she goes to bathe. Muse A has fallen for the maid and now has nine days until the moon is dark. Nine days to prove himself to remain human, and nine days to win the heart of Muse B who has surely stolen his.
Bon Appétit
Muse A is in a committed relationship. Muse A loves their significant other dearly, but in the last couple of months, their spark has definitely fizzled out. Uncertain that they will find what they’re looking for if they break things off with their partner, Muse A tries their best to subtly improve the intimacy in their relationship; unfortunately, their partner sees nothing wrong with the conventional way they do things, so nothing changes. One night, Muse A’s significant other makes plans with an old friend from school–a double date for dinner. Muse B knew Muse A’s lover in high school; they were close friends until one of them moved across the country for college. The couples meet at a fancy restaurant and the old friends catch up over drinks and appetizers. The whole while, Muse A can’t help but notice that their lover’s old friend is making eyes at them across the table. Thrilled by the idea that another person finds them desirable, when their own partner hardly seems to anymore, Muse A makes a bold move–sliding their foot against Muse B’s leg beneath the table. The seductive act is received by Muse B with a subtle smirk and a light nod of approval. By the time entrees are served, Muse A and Muse B manage to slip out of the restaurant for a quick encounter. They make their way back to the table and act as normally as possible, adrenaline pumping through their veins over the bad thing they’ve done and can’t wait to do again. Plans are eagerly made for another dinner date while Muse A and Muse B are already thinking of how they can raise the stakes.
Cursed King and His Bride
A mysterious stranger rescued a princess from drowning as a child. Her father, the King, offers the young man anything in his kingdom as a reward and the man shocks them all by choosing the very Princess herself. The King, unwilling or unable to go back on his word, agrees to the arranged marriage. Years and years later, the Princess grows up and the mysterious stranger returns on her eighteenth birthday for her. Much to everyone's surprise and horror, the young man has not aged a day since last they saw him, and when he takes the Princess home with him as his bride she realizes there is a lot more to him than meets the eye.
Day at the Beach
Muse A hates the beach. The only reason they’re here is because the bought this stupid beach house for the summer, to propose to their boyfriend/girlfriend/partner, that dumped them three weeks ago. The trip was non-refundable, and Muse A would hate to see all that money go to waste too.
While walking on the beach they spot what looks like a dead animal, but is really just a pelt, laying on the beach. Thinking that it’s interesting, and a much better souvenir than some stupid seashells, they decide to take it home with them.
The next day, Muse A spots someone, Muse B, looking around the beach for something they seem to have lost. They can’t seem to remember what they lost though. Muse B takes an immediate liking to Muse A and asks if they could spend time together. Confused, but flattered at the attention from a beautiful stranger right after being dumped, Muse A agrees and takes Muse B home.
Muse B is an amazing person, but Muse A can tell that something is off. They’re always cold, they eat way too much fish, and every chance they get they’re staring longingly out the window at the ocean, even though they apparently can’t swim. They also haven’t seemed to stopped what they are looking for, even looking around Muse A’s house, for what it is they can’t recall.
It almost reminds Muse A of the stories the old fishermen in town tell of Selkie. Seal creatures, doomed to live on land and wed the person that takes their pelt, never return to the sea, until they find it again. But that’s just a fairy tale.
Option 2) Muse A steals the pelt on purpose, seeing the sea beauty in the waves, and enthralled wanted to keep them for their own.
Dispatch
Muse A is a 911 Dispatcher in a small, sleepy town where not much happens. They are content with their job, their hottest calls tending to be discoveries of a break-in or someone’s garage occasionally catching fire, but their favorite part of the job is Muse B.
Muse B is an officer who went to high school with Muse A, and they quickly connect despite only being acquainted in school. Muse B is extraordinarily friendly with the dispatchers, and finds themselves in the dispatch office on occasion, asking if Muse A is working. It doesn’t take long for other dispatchers to notice the connection and begin to tease Muse A about it, but they attempt to maintain a professional relationship.
That is, until the bold and shameless Muse B begins flirting here and there over the radio.
In time, the two develop a relationship, and Muse B gives Muse A a personal radio, a cute, unique alternative to the simple texting a phone calls of a traditional relationship, as well as the perk of being able to tune into the others frequency on particularly quiet nights to talk.
Option A: No angst, Muse A and Muse B live a quiet, happy life together, and while they struggle with the long, odd hours of their shifts and the tension in the workplace, they are content.
Option B: Medium-Level Angst: Muse B gets a better job in a big city with a lot more crime and a lot more danger, and plan to move in order to follow that career. Muse A has to not only decide to dig up their roots in order to follow, but must choose if they will continue dispatching in the bigger city, where they will have to face hot calls with suicides, homicides, house fires, and other horrific circumstances.
Option C: Maximum Angst: Muse B and Muse A are working the same shift together, and Muse A gets a suspicious activity call from someone regarding strange banging noises coming from a neighbor’s house. Muse A thinks it’s likely a domestic violence case or perhaps some roughhousing teens, and sends Muse B to investigate. With the radio on and recording, Muse B approaches the scene with a smile and asks Muse A what they’ll be cooking for dinner tonight. Suddenly, there is a distant screaming, and the sounds of Muse B shouting “Drop your weapon! Drop your weapon!” There are gunshots, and then silence.
Geisha #1
Muse A and Muse B are orphans who meet by chance on the street. With no one else to look after them, they spend several days fending for one another and gradually becoming friends because of their similar circumstances. When Muse A doesn’t turn up at their usual meeting point one night, Muse B is forced to assume the worst and move on. Years later, the unlikely duo meets again; Muse A has become a beautiful Geisha while Muse B has become a fierce Samurai. The two instantly remember the connection they once shared and begin to fall in love. Unfortunately, Muse A captures the attention of an abusive Shogun (Muse C) who will do anything he can to keep Muse A to himself.
Geisha #2
Muse A is beloved member of the Imperial family. During a surprise birthday celebration, Muse A is presented with a beautiful performance by Muse B, a very popular Geisha. Muse B sings like an angel and is the most graceful dancer that Muse A has ever laid eyes upon. After just one evening, Muse A is enchanted by Muse B and insists on becoming their Danna (patron). Muse B will enjoy all of the luxuries afforded by Muse A’s riches upon the condition that Muse B be available to entertain Muse A whenever asked.
Good Grief
Muse A has been an aspiring musician for years. They have finally hit it big; their music quickly climbing the charts, labels scrambling to sign them, screaming fans waiting outside venues. Muse A meets Muse B at an industry event, and the two hit it off immediately. Muse A invites Muse B out after the event, and they end up going home together afterward. As they continue to bump into one another at industry events over the next few weeks, the pair decides to act on their chemistry and try dating. It isn’t long before they start to fall for each other, but Muse A’s rising fame sweeps them up, leaving Muse B behind while Muse A travels the world. Muse B does their best to deal with the distance and the insecurities that come along with dating a musician but, they finally reach their limit when a photo surfaces of Muse A kissing a fan after a show. Muse A expresses regret about the incident, but can’t promise that they’ll be 100% faithful while on tour. After a difficult talk, the two agree that they shouldn’t be together right now, and they’ll just have to see what happens when the tour is over. But when it’s time for Muse A to write their sophomore album, nothing is more inspiring than their relationship with Muse B. Their first single is released and it’s a break-up song that’s all about missing Muse B.
Optional: Muse B is a radio host and their listeners keep calling and requesting the song.
Intelligent Life
Several years of diplomatic communications with extraterrestrial beings have culminated in peace between aliens and humans. With no imminent threat of harm, earthly life continues as usual and the existence of aliens is no longer something to fear but something to be excited about. Aliens and humans have agreed to work together for the betterment of both worlds; aliens are granted access to natural resources on earth that they cannot find on their own planet, and in exchange they offer earth access to advanced technologies that even the brightest humans could not conceive. The aliens are sending a troop of their kind to earth on the first ever collection mission this evening. Government officials will meet them at the designated landing site and one lucky civilian, chosen by a lottery drawing, will be invited. Muse A is this lucky civilian who has won the privilege of hosting an alien ambassador in their home for the duration of the extraterrestrials’ visit. Muse A will be compensated monetarily and also have bragging rights over a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience. Muse B, the alien ambassador who will stay in Muse A’s home, is charged with the task of learning about modern earth culture and seeing how far humanity has advanced in the last few decades.
Who will learn more from whom?
Optional: the aliens can mimic the appearance of humans nearly perfectly due to an ability to shift the structure of their DNA at will
Little Red Riding Hood
Everyone knows the story of Little Red Riding Hood. But do they? What they don’t know is that the wolf was not a wolf, but a werewolf instead. One that knew the secrets of the old witch that lived in the woods. The one who lived peacefully, but practiced magic and threatened to extinguish the werewolf race. So the pack leader, the Big Bad Wolf, killed her, made her disappear. But the huntsman, the witch’s son, sought revenge and got it—finishing the pack leader for good. But this only created a larger blood feud, sending the whole pack out to get the huntsman and his family. With the huntsman’s only daughter in the middle of this war, Little Red, as they call her, the pack will stop at nothing to get their final revenge and end the war. But when Red and one of the wolves fall in love, what will become of them?
Pizza Delivery
Muse A is a frat boy and Muse B works at a pizza delivery. Muse A is watching a football match along with Muse A friends and they dare Muse A to call the pizza delivery and ask them to say something funny. Muse A ends up calling the pizza place. Muse A gives them an order plus asks if the pizza delivery could deliver a message. Muse A tells them a dirt message. Muse A and friends wait until the pizza delivery guy shows up. When there is a knock at the door, Muse A and friends go to the door expecting a male delivery person. It turns out to be Muse B. Muse B is the most unpopular girl on campus. Muse A is shocked by her appearance, finding her beautiful. Muse B is forced to repeat the message making her embarrassed in front of them. Ever since then Muse A orders pizza with a message just so she could come over. Muse A does it to see her blush and feel awkward.
Strictly Business
Muse A is a wealthy CEO who runs their own fortune 500 company in a bustling city. Muse A is in their 30s-40s and has been married to their college sweetheart for 12 years, though the passion between them has long since fizzled out. Muse B is a 20-something, fresh out of college, possessing a business degree and needing to get their foot in the door of the business world. Muse B is lucky enough to be hired by Muse A’s firm and becomes Muse A’s personal assistant/secretary. Muse A and Muse B exchange pleasantries from day to day, but don’t socialize much beyond the details of their business together. One evening, Muse B gets a call from Muse A asking a favor. Muse A must go to a charity gala and their spouse is not able to attend; they want Muse B to attend the event with them. Muse B is flattered and agrees to go for the sake of not letting their boss down.
Muse A sends a private car for Muse B along with an expensive outfit for them to wear. When Muse B arrives at the gala, they are blown away by the elegant venue. Champagne is flowing freely and Muse A looks attractive as ever in formal wear. Throughout the evening, Muse A reveals a playful, charming side to Muse B that they don’t get to see in the office. Muse A is flirtatious even, lightly touching the small of Muse B’s back, sliding their arm around Muse B’s shoulder, complementing Muse B in front of business associates. Muse B knows that they shouldn’t read to heavily into Muse A’s flirtation, because Muse A is married and they work together, but it’s difficult not to get swept up.
When the gala is over, Muse A insists that they retire to the hotel room they’ve reserved upstairs until they’ve sobered up some. Muse B agrees to stay and the pair takes the elevator up to a penthouse suite, the likes of which Muse B has only seen on luxury blogs and in travel magazines. Fueled by a mutual attraction and champagne, Muse A makes a bold move on Muse B, crossing professional and marital lines. Muse B feels guilty the next morning, knowing that Muse A is married, but the attraction between boss and employee can no longer be ignored. Over the course of the following weeks, Muse A and Muse B embark on a secret affair; sharing intimate moments between business meetings, going away on overnight “business trips” together, indulging in private shopping sprees with Muse B’s platinum card.
Optional: When Muse C (Muse A’s spouse) finds questionable charges on Muse A’s credit card statement/gets a call from the credit card company about suspicious activity, they become concerned that their spouse is cheating. Muse C confronts Muse A, who denies an affair, but it doesn’t take long for Muse C to fixate on Muse B as the source of their spouse’s deception.
Surrogate
Muse A is a wealthy business owner who has more important things to do with his time than a family. Now, he is getting up in age and wanting a heir to give all he has worked for. Instead of adopting, he wants the child to be biologically his and needs total discretion in the matter. Muse B is out on her own and runs into Muse A. Muse A thinks that this person would be perfect for the job as his surrogate as she has the features he wants in a child, plus his own. The offer is too good to pass up. It includes room and board, food, medical care, and anything else she could desire. She accepts.
Unteachable
Muse A and Muse B meet one night at the carnival that comes to town every year before school starts. They hit it off well—maybe they kiss, maybe more. They exchange numbers and agree to go out sometime—there was undeniable chemistry that they both wanted to explore. All of that comes crashing down when Muse A, who is a senior in high school, walks into class on the first day and finds Muse B sitting behind the teacher's desk. How will they cope with the discovery that a relationship would be illegal? Will Muse B break it off before it goes any farther? Will Muse A be disgusted and beg to switch classes? Or will they work something out, both knowing that, if caught, Muse B will lose their job, and Muse A will be expelled—or worse?
