Lately, I have been having so much trouble sleeping at night, though I do tend to pass out at random times, whether it was at 3:00 AM or even 5:00 PM. I'm not sure, but I have so much trouble falling asleep, and I just don't know what to do. Could I have an insomniac condition, or could my sleep schedule be messed up? I am currently asking for advice on this at the moment. Have you ever felt that way though?
First off, it is always important to be diagnosed by a professional -- especially if you think something is wrong.
These people are medically trained to help you and chances are, they know exactly what the problem is.
The fact that you pass out at random times is cause for concern. I would highly recommend seeing a doctor about it.
It could be poor sleep schedule, stress, or insomnia. Honestly, it could be anything!
I recommend drinking milk before bed (unless you're lactose intol.), or perhaps some warm chamomile tea (or jasmine if you love it as much as I do) -- I also recommend listening to soft, relaxing music or other sounds that might be able to put you to sleep.
See if these things work and if they don't, you might wanna seek out professional help.
